bebootsI've decided that the best way to go about this blog is to type things up on the little notepad app on my iPod when ideas come to me, and post them later (copy&paste = so useful!) when I have acces to the Internet... So that's what I'm doing now! (I shall spam your inboxes/friends pages by posting several entries at once! I regret nothing!)
As I type these words, I'm sitting on a train that's taking me from Dublin to Wexford. It's not a terribly long trip, as the crow flies, but there are many stops along the way.
It's still way less hassle than renting a car or something. I really envy the european train systems for their efficacy and efficiency.
I also really like the view you get from them; they run through back alley of big cities and small towns, alongside the sea shore, in between farmers' fields (passing by livestock), through mountains... It's not all about getting to your destination as fast as possible: the journey is worth having, too. That's what this trip is all about.
