This summer, I'll have way more time to actually write what I want. Right now, I'm just about to begin a 3,000 word paper due next week I've done the readings for it, but I've been busy with the final writing and editing stages of a 4,000 word research paper and a 7,000 word historiography paper, so... D:
BUT I'm going to go over all of my ideas this summer, post-exams (that's the last week of April) and figure out which one is the most complete, and which one I have the most inspiration for. :)
I'm not sure that this one in particular will ever get written, except, perhaps, in drabble ideas (which is a distinct possibility!), so if you or anybody else should happen to want to steal it for yourselves, I would have absolutely no objection. ;)
I also LOVE Toph-Zuko relationships. They are adorable, and play off of each other well. I also really like canon deviations, so I think that I agree with you there on the second one being a better idea.
I'm going to be posting several more fic ideas over time, and many of the ones that are a bit older I have an ALTERNATIVELY at the end for a different way the fic could go. :3
